Trey Sned

Since June 2016, Trey Sned has worked as chief executive officer and creative director for Harmen & Co. in Palm Beach, Florida. A philanthropic individual, Trey Sned supports the Palm Beach Day Academy (PBDA), serving on the school’s alumni golf tournament committee for several years.

In 1921, the Palm Beach School for Boys and the Palm Beach School for Girls opened in Florida. In 1930, a group of parents decided to combine the two schools into one and called it the Palm Beach Private School, which later became Palm Beach Day School in 1966. In 2006, the boards of directors of Palm Beach Day School and the Academy of the Palm Beaches decided to merge the two schools, at which time PBDA emerged. The school now serves children in preschool through ninth grade.
One of the fundraising events sponsored by PBDA is its annual Feather Ball. The 2017 ball occurs on March 4 at the school’s Seaview Campus and celebrates the PBDA’s 95th anniversary. The theme is the Roaring ‘Twenties and The Great Gatsby. This signature fundraising event typically brings together more than 300 PBDA trustees, parents, alumni, and faculty members. Attendees enjoy dinner and music and have the opportunity to participate in live and silent auctions.
